Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program!

We have a few questions to get to know you better. This isn't a test, or place where you're getting questions right or wrong. Your responses give us an initial idea of your background, interests and goals to see if this program is a good fit.

If you’re filling in this form, you’re already proving you are motivated and driven - this is the type of person we’re looking for. Someone with a spark of potential an entrepreneurial flair, who is interested in finding out more about the creative industries. Glad to have you here!

This program exists to support people from less privileged backgrounds and underrepresented groups. This is therefore a key consideration in our selection process. Please bare this in mind when choosing to apply.

Job requirements

  1. You should be between 18 - 26 years old and looking for a mentor who could support you diving into the world of creative work.  (If you still think we should consider you, sent us an email: rome@routesin.com)
  2. You must not already be a Soho House member. 
  3. The program runs over a total period of 16 weeks. If matched, we ask you to commit to participate & contribute to key events at Soho House Rome. You should also have the capacity to meet with your mentor on a bi-weekly basis (frequency and timings can be further defined together with your mentor).

  • Mentee Onboarding: 6.October 2025, 7-9pm
  • Launch Event: 8.October 2025, 7-10pm
  • Workshop 1: 29.October 2025, 7-10pm
  • Halfway Event: 26.November 2025, 7-10pm
  • Workshop 2: 14.January 2026, 7-10pm
  • Final Showcase: 22.February 2026, time TBC
  • additional workshops and meet ups: upon request, we organise additional events to connect and share knowledge. Those will be scheduled throughout the program.
