Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program in Copenhagen!  

This is 15 minute questionnaire in which we’re looking to learn about who you are, and your journey into the Creative Industries. This information will be used to: 

1. make the best mentor-mentee match

2. promote the program and who's involved

3. share with the rest of the team of mentors when we meet for the first training session

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. We will use this information to see if we can find the right person to match you with.

This program is open for pro-active Soho House Copenhagen members who would like to take part as committed mentor in the program.

The program runs over a total period of 14-16 weeks. If matched, we ask mentors to commit to

1) participate in 4 key events at Soho House Copenhagen. Please check if you're available to attend these events in person and block the dates in your agenda:

• Mentor Onboarding: 3.September, 8-9:30pm
• Launch Event: 4.September, 6:30-9pm 
• Optional: workshop 1 (topic to be chosen): 25.September, 6-9:00pm
• Halfway Event: 17.October, 6:30-9pm 
• Optional: workshop 2 (topic to be chosen): 13.November, 6-9:00pm
• Final Showcase: 8.December, time TBC

2) meet with your mentee for an hour on a bi-weekly basis (this can be further defined together with your mentee).
