Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program in Copenhagen!  

This programme connects creative professionals (Soho House members) with emerging talent who are eager to break into the industry. As a mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping someone’s journey, offering guidance, perspective, and support over the course of 16 weeks.

We’re looking for people who are generous with their experience, open to honest conversation, and committed to helping a young creative grow. Your background, insights, and network can make a real impact. If you’re someone who values community, believes in creating opportunities for others, and wants to support the next generation of creative talent, we’d love to receive your application.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. We will use this information to see if we can find the right person to match you with.

Job requirements

To join the programme, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. You are a Soho House Copenhagen member.

  2. You are available to attend & participate in 5 key events at Soho House Copenhagen:

    • Mentor onboarding, 20.October, 8-10pm

    • Launch Event, 21.October, 7-10pm

    • Workshop 1, 11.November, 7–10pm (*optional)

    • Halfway Event: 10.December, 7–10pm

    • New Years Catch up: 7. January 2027, 7–9pm

    • Final showcase: 6.March 2027, time TBD

  3. You can commit to being invested for the full 16 weeks* of the programme incl. meeting with your mentee 2x per month (frequency and timings can be further defined together with your mentee).Your mentee will rely on you. Consistent attendance and engagement are essential to ensure a positive experience.


* For the 2026/27 we consider the following ‘inactive weeks’:
Holiday break from 21.December 2026 - 3. January 2027 // Winter break: 15. - 28.February 2027.
