Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program!
We have a few questions to get to know you better. This isn't a test, or place where you're getting questions right or wrong - this simply gives us an initial idea of how we may be able to support you and see if this program is a good fit.

If you’re filling in this form, you’re already proving your motivated and driven - this is the type of person we’re looking for. Someone with a spark of potential an entrepreneurial flair, who is interested in finding out more about the creative industries. Glad to have you here!


This program exists to support people from less privileged backgrounds and underrecognized groups, so this will be a key consideration when we are selecting participants. Please bare this in mind when choosing to apply.

Job requirements

  • You should be between 18 - 26 years old and looking for a mentor who could support you diving into the world of creative work.
  • You must not already be a Soho House member.

  • The program runs over a total period of 16 weeks. If matched, we ask you to commit to

1) participate & contribute to 4 key events at Soho House Berlin. Please check if you're available to attend these events in person and block the dates in your agenda:

  • Mentee Onboarding
  • Launch Event
  • Halfway Event
  • Final Showcase
  • additional workshops and meet ups: upon request, we organise additional events to connect and share knowledge. Those will be scheduled throughout the program.

2) meet with your mentor for an hour on a bi-weekly basis (this can be further defined together with your mentor).
