Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program!
This is 15 minute questionnaire in which we’re looking to learn about who you are, and your journey into the Creative Industries. This information will be used to:

1. make the best mentor-mentee match

2. promote the program and who's involved
   

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. We will use this information to see if we can find the right person to match you with.

We are looking for pro-active Soho House Barcelona members who would like to take part as committed mentor in the program.

The program runs over a total period of 14-16 weeks. If matched, we ask mentors to commit to

1) participate in 4 key events at Soho House Barcelona. Dates to be announced:

• Mentee Onboarding

• Launch Event

• Workshop 1

• Halfway Event

• Workshop 2

• Final Showcase

• additional workshops and meet ups: upon request, we organise additional events to connect and share knowledge. Those will be scheduled throughout the program.

2) meet with your mentee for min. an hour on a bi-weekly basis (this can be further defined together with your mentee).
